Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Monthly or weekly rental (Rates depend on the time of year. Nov-April is high season)

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, the building does not allow pets on the property.

Is smoking allowed

There is no smoking of any kind allowed
